1. What is an axial-flow fan?
The so-called axial fan is the same direction of air flow with the axis of the wind blade, such as an electric fan, and the fan is an axial flow fan. The reason why it is called "axial flow" is because the gas is parallel to the flow of the shaft of the wind. Axial flow fans are usually used in occasions with higher flow requirements and lower pressure requirements. The axial flow fan holds the position and moves the air. The axial fan is mainly composed of the fan impeller and the casing, and the structure is simple but the data is very high. Its working principle is that when the impeller rotates, the gas enters the impeller from the inlet, and the energy of the gas increases, and then flows into the guide vane. The guide blade deflects the gas flow into the axial flow, and introduces the gas into the diffuser tube, and then converts the gas kinetic energy into the pressure energy, and finally the working pipe is introduced.
The mode of the blade of an axial flow fan is similar to the wing of an aircraft. However, the latter acts up the lift up the wing and supports the weight of the aircraft, while the axial flow fan holds the position and moves the air.
The cross section of an axial flow fan is generally a wing profile. The blade can be fixed in position or revolving around its longitudinal axis. The angle of the blade spacing produces a lower flow rate, and the increase of the spacing can produce a higher flow rate.
The advanced axial flow fan can change the blade spacing when the fan is running (this is quite similar to the helicopter rotor), thereby changing the flow accordingly. This is called a VP axial flow fan.
2. Use of axial fan:
Can be used for metallurgy, chemical industry, light industry, food, medical equipment, mechanical equipment and civil construction places such as ventilation or enhance heat dissipation. 3. The advantages and disadvantages of the axial fan and the centrifugal fan.
The main difference between the centrifugal fan and the axial fan is the difference between the centrifugal fan and the axial fan.
1, the centrifugal fan changes the flow direction of the medium in the wind pipe, and the axial flow fan does not change the flow direction of the medium in the wind pipe.
2. The former is more complex.
